Thank you for your messages of support. I am really pleased to hear that your fitness is keeping you sane and healthy during lockdown. I have created a weekly online 'class' schedule which mirrors my regular weekly class schedule. For now I am sticking to BODYWEIGHT training because most people don't have weights at home. Sessions are shorter to allow you to fit them in around the other commitments that you have currently.
I have had many questions about how you can pay me for my work. This has been a tricky one and it has taken me a while to think things through. I am aware that many people have either lost their income or it has significantly reduced (including me!) I am also aware that some people are not on a reduced income and want to pay. I have therefore decided to offer all content online without restrictions so it can be free if you need it to be. However if you are able to pay then please make an optional donation to me via Paypal when you work out with me. You can do this using my email address firstname.lastname@example.org. Keyworkers please DO NOT PAY!
To access Zoom classes, you'll need to book online via my website. There is no payment required but if you wish to pay then please pay into my Paypal account using the above email address. You will be sent a link and access code for Zoom. PLEASE BOOK THESE CLASSES WELL IN ADVANCE as I will need to email you a code and will not be able to do this just before class! During classes I will mute your mic to allow everyone to hear me! You can switch your camera on or off depending on what you prefer and you will need your own music.

Classes are challenging but not intimidating. They are suitable for both men and women of all abilities.
Each class incorporates 37 kettlebell exercises ranging from basic moves to more advanced techniques. You start with a fairly light weight and move up when you are ready to progress.
It is safe and easy to learn. You will be guided through the correct technique for each exercise.
By simultaneously working all your major muscle groups, the class provides a fantastic calorie burning session, improving your strength and cardiovascular fitness and really ramping up your fat-burning ability.
Benefits include improved strength in your core and back and an increase in all over muscle tone. Other benefits include improved posture and flexibility and increased bone density and endurance.
Kettlercise® is not suitable for pregnant women or if you have had a baby less than 16 weeks ago.
