Service Description

BOXHIIT - A HIIT class using Boxing and bodyweight exercises for a satisfying full body workout. Boxhiit combines cardio, strength, endurance and power. No experience is necessary and you can work at your own pace. We will work on technique to keep things safe and all equipment is provided. My pre pandemic Boxfit class is being updated and relaunched with a BOXHIIT workshop (1 hour class) on Sunday 27th February. The session will include boxing sequences, performed hiit style. We’ll learn techniques, then work hard for short bursts with short recoveries. Core goals will be to build confidence and increase physical and mental wellbeing as well as to learn some basic boxing techniques. Teenagers (14+) are welcome to attend. Come alone or bring a friend! The session will be from 10.30-11.30am on Sunday 27th February at the Charter School (North Dulwich) studio.

Cancelation Policy

You can book a class up to 5 minutes before the class starts. Please note there is no longer an option to drop in to in-person classes without booking first. If the class you are trying to book is full please contact amy@amylamontfitness.com to go on the waiting list. To cancel a class, you have already booked please contact amy@amylamontfitness.com Cancelled classes will be transferred to an alternative class. In the case of instructor sickness we will attempt to cover the class. If we need to cancel the class we will offer an alternative class to all participants.
