30 minute whole body workout streamed on Zoom. The emphasis will vary from week to week but expect lower, upper and core exercises. Using bodyweight, but also dumbbells (medium heavy). Designed to be done at home before your working day begins. (7.15-7.45am) also available On Demand.
You can book a class up to 5 minutes before the class starts. Please note there is no longer an option to drop in to in-person classes without booking first. If the class you are trying to book is full please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to go on the waiting list. To cancel a class, you have already booked please contact email@example.com Cancelled classes will be transferred to an alternative class. In the case of instructor sickness we will attempt to cover the class. If we need to cancel the class we will offer an alternative class to all participants.
