Free Monday Fit Club (Taster / Unwaged)

Monday Fit Club is a 60 minute class designed to give a whole body workout. Variety is the key in this class and we often use a range of equipment and styles of training. You can expect a bit of everything. Resistance training, bodyweight exercises, hiit, boxing and more. Expect a high energy whole body workout designed to improve cardiovascular health, strength and core stability. Options are given to accommodate different fitness levels and everybody is welcome.
You can book a class up to 5 minutes before the class starts. Please note there is no longer an option to drop in to in-person classes without booking first. If the class you are trying to book is full please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to go on the waiting list. To cancel a class, you have already booked please contact email@example.com Cancelled classes will be transferred to an alternative class. In the case of instructor sickness we will attempt to cover the class. If we need to cancel the class we will offer an alternative class to all participants.
