Kettlebell Class in Person Unwaged - 7pm

FREE CLASS for unwaged or taster. This class is held outside.

Service Description

50 minute weighted workout (with music). You need one kettlebell (4-8kg is a good starting weight). This is a core intensive full body session You won't put the weight down for the duration of the class so you are guaranteed a thorough workout. Guidelines for postpartum women are a minimum of 16 weeks after giving birth and minimum age for participants is 16 years.


Cancelation Policy

You can book a class up to 5 minutes before the class starts. Please note there is no longer an option to drop in to in-person classes without booking first. If the class you are trying to book is full please contact amy@amylamontfitness.com to go on the waiting list. To cancel a class, you have already booked please contact amy@amylamontfitness.com Cancelled classes will be transferred to an alternative class. In the case of instructor sickness we will attempt to cover the class. If we need to cancel the class we will offer an alternative class to all participants.
