Service Description
Piloxing is a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape. Weighted gloves are used to add extra resistance to the workout maximising cardiovascular health and toning the arms. The class consists of a 45 minute choreographed routine made up of boxing and Pilates. Cancellation Policy
You can book a class up to 5 minutes before the class starts. Please note there is no longer an option to drop in to in-person classes without booking first. If the class you are trying to book is full please contact amy@amylamontfitness.com to go on the waiting list. To cancel a class, you have already booked please contact amy@amylamontfitness.com Cancelled classes will be transferred to an alternative class. In the case of instructor sickness we will attempt to cover the class. If we need to cancel the class we will offer an alternative class to all participants.
