Hi, I’m Amy

I've worked in the fitness industry for fifteen years, supporting people to enjoy exercise and reach their fitness goals.

 

We know that regular exercise impacts positively on both physical and mental health. I am here to help top up your feel good endorphins with a range of different group exercise classes and personal training in South East London. I also offer classes on Zoom so you can access my workouts even if you don't live nearby.
