As we enter another lockdown I am moving back to Zoom Classes. Below is my weekly class schedule. If you haven't tried a Zoom class with me then let me know and I will happily send you a link to your FREE first class. Taken from the comfort of your own home, you don't need a huge amount of space or equipment for most classes. I continue to keep things accessible by offering lots of options to progress and regress moves. As well as offering physical health benefits, classes offer mental health benefits with lots of feel good endorphins. We all need these at the moment! To access these wellness gains, come and join me for an online class.  

Classes are free if you need them to be at this time. You can select either the FREE class option or the PAID class option (£8) I also have a student class price (£4). You will be sent a link and access code for Zoom. Please book in good time and ensure you join the class on time. During classes I will mute your mic to allow everyone to hear me and you can unmute to ask questions.  

All class recordings will be uploaded to my on demand page so that you can access them at a time that suits you.

PILOXING is a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape. Weighted gloves are used to add extra resistance to the workout maximising cardiovascular health and toning the arms. The class consists of a 45 minute choreographed routine made up of boxing and Pilates. This is followed by 15 minutes of floorwork and cooldown.

50 minute whole body Workout. If you have a free weight we can use this to add resistance but it is not necessary to participate. This class is much more than squats and jumping jacks. We will move our bodies in familiar and new ways. Plenty of options to regress moves if necessary. 

Expect a high energy whole  body workout designed to improve cardiovascular health, strength and core stability

Live streamed via Zoom on Mondays at 9.30am and available on demand.  


 50 minute whole body workout (with music). No equipment needed. We will occasionally use props to help add resistance to the workout but no formal equipment is needed. The emphasis will vary from week to week but expect some cardio, some core stability and some strength work. You won't be clock watching during this class!

50 minute weighted workout (with music). You need one kettlebell  (4-6kg is a good starting weight). This is a core intensive full body workout. You won't put the weight down for the duration of the class so you are guaranteed a good workout. Kettlercise guidelines for postpartum women are a minimum of 16 weeks after giving birth and minimum age for participants is 16 years.
