Bitesize Resistance + Bodyweight

These 30 minute workouts combine bodyweight exercises and weighted movements to help you build strength and mobility. Each session is designed to be focused and effective, requiring just two medium-heavy dumbbells of equal weight (a recommended starting guide is 4-6kg per dumbbell). 

 

Available for FREE to Bitesize Monthly Members, or you can choose to rent individual classes if preferred.​ If you have any questions before starting or need extra support after your workout, don’t hesitate to reach out.
