Bitesize Resistance
These 30-40 minute online workouts are designed to build strength and mobility. Sessions are focused and effective, requiring a couple of sets of dumbbells. You will need something heavy for lower body, compound exercises and something lighter for smaller muscle groups. Options are given for different levels and beginners can use lighter weights until they are ready to move up.​Available for FREE to Bitesize Monthly Members, or you can choose to rent individual classes if preferred.
