Our female only events are set in luxurious venues where we deliver a carefully curated, holistic programme of fitness and yoga.

Our on site caterers provide wonderful meals to fuel our days and therapists are on hand to deliver massage and beauty treatments to optimise your rest and recovery.

Sessions are diverse and varied  and our instructors are experienced in delivering effective and exciting group fitness to a range of people from beginners to professional athletes.

 

We welcome all fitness levels and abilities.  We are passionate about creating an alternative approach to fitness holidays which are unique, non-judgemental, effective and fun.

 

This is the ultimate ‘me time’.
