How do I book a class?How do I book a class as a guest? You can book a class without an account! Simply visit the 'Book Classes' section from my homepage, browse the class schedule, and select the class you want to join. Click 'Book Now' and follow the prompts to complete your booking as a guest. You'll receive a confirmation email with the class details. How do I book a class as a member? Log into your account and go to the 'Book Classes' section. Browse the schedule and select the class you’d like to join. Click 'Book Now' and confirm your booking. As a member, you may also have previously purchased a class pack — don’t forget to use your class pack credits for payment. Check your email for a confirmation with all the class details. If you need to change or cancel, visit your account dashboard for options.

What are the pricing options for your classes?I offer flexible class pricing to give you the best value possible. Here are the options: Pay As You Go (PAYG): In-Person Classes: £12 Online Classes: £9 BITESIZE Classes: £6 PAYG with Class Pass: In-Person Classes: £10 Online Classes: £8 BITESIZE Classes: £6 For even more flexibility, consider the Monthly Bitesize Membership (£30/month) for remote training.

How do I cancel a class?If you need to cancel a class, log into your account and go to the 'My Bookings' section. Find the class you wish to cancel and select the 'Cancel' option. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation. Note: I have a 48 hours cancellation policy in place, if you need to cancel a class closer to its' start time, please email me as soon as possible. I understand that you may sometimes need to cancel and will always try to move the booking to another class. If you cancel less than two hours before the class and I am unable to fill your space then I will not be able to transfer your booking to another class.

What is On-Demand Training?On-Demand Training allows you to access workout classes anytime, anywhere. You can choose from a variety of pre-recorded classes and follow along at your convenience. Whether you prefer a quick bitesize session or a more extensive workout, my On-Demand Training gives you the flexibility to fit exercise into your schedule on your terms. How do I rent a video workout?Log In: Sign into your account on the website using your registered email. Browse Workouts: Navigate to the 'On-Demand Classes' section. Select a Video: Choose the workout video you want to rent. Rent the Video: Click on the 'Rent' button associated with the video. Complete Payment: Follow the prompts to complete the payment process. Once the rental is complete, you’ll have access to the video for a specified period. Enjoy your workout! For the best value, consider purchasing the Monthly Bitesize Membership, which for just £30 a month gives you unlimited access to all of my workout videos 24/7

My video won’t play. What should I do?Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Try refreshing your browser or restarting your router if needed. Clear Cookies and Cache: Clear your browser’s cookies and cache to resolve any potential issues. Update Your Browser: Make sure your web browser is up to date. An outdated browser can sometimes cause playback issues. Try a Different Browser: If the video still doesn’t play, try using a different web browser or device to see if the issue persists. Check Video Availability: Confirm that the video you’re trying to access is available and not restricted or expired. How do I become a member?Anyone is welcome to join my monthly membership subscription. To get started, head to my website, click 'buy class packs' from the header and scroll down to the 'Bitesize Monthly Membership' section. Click on the green 'select' button to add the subscription to your basket then follow the steps to signup and complete your payment. Once your payment has been processed you will be able to login to my website as a member

How do I book a Bitesize Zoom Class?Log in to your account using the same email address you created your membership with. Click 'Book Classes' from the menu at the top of the website, choose your date and follow the steps to book. This will generate a Zoom link, which will be emailed to you. Open the email and click on the link to join the live stream of your chosen class.

How do I access my subscription videos?Log into the website using the email you used to sign up for your subscription. Once logged in, head to the members-only video library and start your workout journey! Note: Your video should play immediately. If you only see a preview and a 'rent' button, try clearing your cookies and refreshing your browser. Then, sign in again to access the full videos for free.

How do I cancel my subscription?To cancel your subscription, log into your account using the email you signed up with. Go to your account settings, find the subscription section, and select 'Cancel Subscription.' You'll receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact me. Note: Canceling a subscription does not issue a refund. Refunds are not available, and you will still be charged for the full month. For this reason, it's best to cancel at the end of your current billing period.

Which of your classes should I choose?TUESDAY BITESIZE RESISTANCE (7.15am via Zoom) 30 minutes of structured strength training (you will need two equal size medium heavy dumbbells. A guide weight is 4-6kg per dumbbell) WEDNESDAY KETTLEBELLS (7pm in person) The Charter School, North Dulwich SE24 9JH. Kettlebells provided, please bring water and a mat for floor work. 50 minute full body Kettlebell workout. THURSDAY BITESIZE RESISTANCE (7.15am via Zoom) 30 minutes of strength, cardio & mobility using your bodyweight plus a set of medium heavy dumbbells. FRIDAY KICKS (9.30am in person) Honor Oak Baptist Church, Forest Hill Road, SE22 0SG. Please bring water and a mat for floor work. Kickboxing inspired workout to music. SATURDAY PILOXING (9am in person & via Zoom) The Charter School, North Dulwich SE24 9JH. Please bring water and a mat for floor work. This is a fusion of boxing & standing Pilates. Sweat is guaranteed. Classes are friendly and beginners are always welcome. Pay as you go price is £12 for in person classes (£10 with class card) and £9 for Zoom Kettlebells & Piloxing (£8 with class card).

Where do classes take place?Venue details are available on the website. I will send an email reminder before the class and this will include any specific details for finding the venue. If your class is at The Charter School this is the North Dulwich (not East Dulwich) venue. The address is: The Charter School, Red Post Hill, SE24 9JH. Parking is available on site at on surrounding roads. Bikes can be locked safely at the venue. If your class is at the East Dulwich Community Centre, the address is 46-50 Darrell Rd, East Dulwich, London SE22 9NL. Parking is available nearby and bikes can be locked safely at the venue.

Am I fit enough?Yes! I offer lots of options in every class to accommodate different fitness levels whether you're new to exercise, getting back into it after a break, or already workout regularly. If you have had an injury please get in touch to discuss this with me before the class.

What will I need to bring with me?You will need to bring water and an exercise mat. I like to bring a sweat towel but this is not essential

What do I need to wear?Comfortable exercise clothing. Most classes get pretty sweaty so bear this in mind. Piloxing is usually done barefoot but all other classes require comfortable supportive footwear.

I recently had a baby, when can I join your classes?For all classes you will need to have been cleared to exercise with your midwife team or GP. Kettlercise guidelines for postpartum women are a minimum of 16 weeks after giving birth.

Are classes COVID Safe?We are adhering to Government guidance for all ‘in person’ classes. This means classes are limited in numbers to allow for safe distancing between participants. No kit is shared and everything is cleaned thoroughly after each session. You will need to bring your own mat and water. Please wear a mask to enter and leave and use the one way systems that are in place at the venue.
