What do I need to wear?Comfortable exercise clothing. Most classes get pretty sweaty so bear this in mind. Piloxing is usually done barefoot but all other classes require comfortable supportive footwear.
-
Am I fit enough?Yes! I offer lots of options in every class to accommodate different fitness levels whether you're new to exercise, getting back into it after a break, or already workout regularly. If you have had an injury please get in touch to discuss this with me before the class.

Are classes COVID Safe?We are adhering to Government guidance for all ‘in person’ classes. This means classes are limited in numbers to allow for safe distancing between participants. No kit is shared and everything is cleaned thoroughly after each session. You will need to bring your own mat and water. Please wear a mask to enter and leave and use the one way systems that are in place at the venue.

Which of your classes should I choose?Piloxing is a fun and energetic, fast paced full body workout with music. The emphasis is on cardio and core. A degree of co-ordination is needed! Kettlercise is resistance training but we use a relatively low weight so as well as strength and endurance gains, you will get a cardiovascular workout and your core will work hard throughout. Music is used for motivation but the class isn’t based on sticking to the beat. Monday Fit Club (in person) will offer a full body workout with a different emphasis each week. You will sometimes use weights or resistance bands and lots of bodyweight movements. Sometimes we do boxing or circuits so expect a lot of variety. Current Covid guidance means we are not sharing any kit at present. Friday Full Body Fit via Zoom is an equipment free session which will involve moving in a variety of different ways. Expect a mixture of strength, cardio and core training.

Are you available for Personal Training?I am not currently taking on new PT clients but feel free to get in touch and I’ll let you know when I am.
-
How can I access your on demand workouts? You can access these via my website. I have free short workouts and longer paid classes. You can do these at a time that suits you
-
I recently had a baby, when can I join your classes?"For all classes you will need to have been cleared to exercise with your midwife team or GP. Kettlercise guidelines for postpartum women are a minimum of 16 weeks after giving birth.
