Service Description

30 minute whole body strength workout streamed on Zoom. You will need two equal sizes dumbbells (medium / heavy). The emphasis will vary from week to week but expect lower, upper and core exercises. Designed to be done at home before your working day begins. (7.15-7.30am). A Zoom class recording will be available On Demand after the end of the live session.
