What is a Piloxing Workout?

Piloxing is a dynamic, high-energy workout that combines the precision and mindfulness of Pilates with the power and speed of boxing. This fat-torching, muscle-sculpting, core-centric interval workout is designed to whip you into shape, offering a challenging yet rewarding fitness experience. It’s a unique blend of strength, cardio, and flexibility training, making it a total-body workout that delivers results.

In a typical Piloxing class, you’ll engage in a 45-minute choreographed routine made up of boxing and Pilates, with the added intensity of weighted gloves. These gloves provide extra resistance, enhancing your cardiovascular health while toning and sculpting your arms. The boxing segments focus on high-energy punches, boosting endurance and coordination, while the Pilates portions emphasise core strength, balance, and flexibility. Together, these two elements create a well-rounded workout that challenges both the body and the mind.


Following the main session, the workout moves to 15 minutes of floor work and a cool down, where you’ll focus on deep muscle toning and core strengthening, finishing with stretches to help relax your muscles. This final phase allows for recovery while still pushing your fitness levels.
