30 minute whole body strength workout streamed on Zoom. You will need two equal sizes dumbbells (medium / heavy) The emphasis will vary from week to week but expect lower, upper and core exercises. Designed to be done at home before your working day begins. (7.15-7.30am) also available On Demand.
